We recently closed on a home that we love, thanks to Daniel. We started working with Daniel in February, during a turbulent market. Daniel diligently looked for houses to view based on our specifications. He set times for us to privately view the homes and always met us at these homes.

He always asked us what we thought FIRST before pointing out anything that he deemed wrong/dangerous with the home. He worked tirelessly to find homes we would like in areas we would like. He met us on weekends and stood in lines with us at open houses in the cold and rain. Daniel was a pleasure to work with.

Daniel never made us feel as though we wasted his time when we didn't like a property (or properties). He always answered our calls and if he was unable to answer, he texted and told us when we can expect a call back. If Daniel was unable to make it to an open house or a private showing, he always called the sellers' agents to inform them that he was working with us but was unable to make it with us.

Gloria is amazing, from first meeting to closing her communication was amazing. She knew the neighborhood, She knew how to deal with sellers and coordinate with mortgage persons and lawyers. Best part of her is that she would be very calm even on crisis times. If you are looking for someone who can make your selling process, work with her. I would work with her again.
